We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to oversee three dining areas for students and faculty at a prestigious university. With approximately 20,000 people to feed daily, this is a high-pressure, fast-paced role that requires someone who can juggle many balls at once.

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 150+ staff members, including 8 other chefs and supervisors, ensuring that all meals are prepared to the highest standard and that food safety regulations are adhered to.

As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation for a variety of events, including banquets, conferences, and special occasions. You will work closely with the university’s administration to ensure that all dietary requirements are met and that the food served is of the highest quality.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $110,000/year, plus many benefits!
