This Executive Chef role is perfect for someone with full service hotel experience, especially in an upscale, independent hotel. If you are a culinary master, well organized, and have a keen sense for hiring, training and coaching great people, this role is for you!

We are seeking a culinary leader to join the Food and Beverage leadership team and help drive excellence across the culinary department. As the Executive Chef, you will manage the daily operations, cost control, inventory, and cleanliness of the kitchen alongside your Sous Chef and culinary team. You will also be responsible for training and developing the team and partnering with the corporate team for menu development.
