We are seeking a Regional Director of Sales to join our clients family-owned business that develops, operates, and owns the world’s leading hotel brands and boutique hotels. Their culture is centered around building relationships with our associates, partners, and local communities.

As the Regional Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales strategies across your assigned region, mentoring the on-site Sales team leaders, and managing high-level accounts to generate revenue. You will also have oversight responsibilities for the region’s performance, budget, forecast, and optimal business mix targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and approve Sales Reports and Annual Sales Plan
  • Develop and implement effective Sales Programs to increase hotel awareness
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Management team to develop rates and sales strategies
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
  • Develop the hotel’s reputation within the local community


  • Strong presentation and sales skills
  • Proven ability to prospect and close new business
  • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain business relationships
  • Knowledge of the travel industry and market trend
