Are you a talented and ambitious Sous Chef looking for your next challenge? Our client is a 3-star Michelin restaurant searching for a Sous Chef to oversee our savory evening shift.
You’ll be responsible for ensuring the continuous monitoring of production and execution of the menu with culinary staff, as well as the continued development of the dinner menu and service elements. You’ll be constantly training their team to ensure precision and efficiency in all aspects of their PM operation.
We’re seeking someone with exceptionally strong fundamental skills in preparation, cooking, and classic technique, as well as a minimum of 5 years of professional experience cooking, preferably at a Michelin level. An Associate’s degree in culinary arts is desirable.
As Sous Chef, you’ll be responsible for executing dinner service, plating, and leading the brigade, as well as overseeing and tasting all dishes/prep daily. You’ll also be involved in menu and recipe development, overseeing kitchen cleaning and organization, assisting in the execution of special events, training and more.
