Opportunity Alert! Our premier client is searching for an experienced Director of Engineering to lead the maintenance, infrastructure, and operational excellence of our luxury hotel in Alabama. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all engineering and facilities management, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects for the resort.
- Lead a team of engineers, technicians, and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Work closely with leadership to align engineering strategies with guest experience goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineering leadership within hospitality, resorts, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building management systems.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects, budgets, and teams effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance and innovation.
Salary is $100K plus bonus, relocation and temporary housing.
