We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead all aspects of HR management for a prestigious hospitality property in Atlanta, Georgia. This key leadership role focuses on talent acquisition, team member relations, compliance, training, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance workplace. As part of the Executive Committee, you will align HR strategies with business goals to drive success and create a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner to executive leadership, providing guidance on workforce planning and organizational development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Lead recruitment efforts, build strong talent pipelines, and implement succession planning strategies.
- Foster a culture of trust and engagement through team member relations initiatives and open-door policies.
- Develop and implement training programs to support career development and professional growth.
- Analyze HR metrics to drive data-informed decisions and enhance workplace culture.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience, ideally in the hospitality industry.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Expertise in HR operations, labor law compliance, and team member relations.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
