We are looking for a culinary leader who is ready to take their career to the next level and become the Executive Chef for our amazing client. This hotel has 160+ rooms and is known for its unique blend of Appalachian and Southern Comfort cuisine. The restaurant has a rich history in the area, known as the “Block”, and our client is dedicated to preserving this legacy through delicious and authentic dishes.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations and managing a team of 25 staff members. You will have a small but mighty banquet space, with a total revenue of approximately $4.5M. This is a chance for you to showcase your culinary skills and build your career!
Our client offers a competitive salary of up to $85,000/year + 10% bonus. To make your transition to Asheville as seamless as possible, they also offer a generous relocation package up to $6,000, as well as 30 days of temporary housing.
