Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial policies and strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, income audits, and financial reporting.
- Provide actionable insights to support leadership decisions.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with financial reporting standards.
- Monitor cash flow and mitigate risks through audits and controls.
- Mentor and develop the accounting team to achieve high performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred (associate degree with experience considered).
- 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, ideally in hospitality.
- Proficiency in financial software, property management systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
