Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and inspire the culinary team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Oversee daily kitchen operations, including scheduling, ordering, inventory, and food safety compliance.

Develop and execute seasonal menus aligned with brand standards and guest preferences.

Manage food and labor costs effectively to achieve financial targets.

Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism in the kitchen.
Qualifications

Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a branded hotel, upscale restaurant, or resort.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Expertise in menu creation, cost control, and kitchen operations.

Knowledge of current culinary trends and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.
